1. Services
Alex Barmpas Physio provides physiotherapy, movement assessments, running coaching, and related health and wellness services. Our treatments are designed to support your recovery, enhance performance, and promote long-term health.
All services are provided by qualified practitioners; however, individual results may vary depending on personal circumstances and adherence to treatment plans.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Physiotherapy is not a substitute for emergency medical care.

We do not diagnose or treat conditions outside the scope of physiotherapy.

You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date medical information before treatment.

If you are under the care of another healthcare provider, you may be advised to seek medical clearance before beginning physiotherapy with us.​

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less notice may be subject to the full session fee.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened but charged at the full rate.

5. Health & Safety

While every effort is made to ensure your safety, Alex Barmpas Physio cannot accept responsibility for:

8. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful, professional environment and expect clients to do the same.

Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.
