Alex is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over a decade of clinical practice in the private sector and athletic experience.
His interest into physiotherapy began as a national-level Judo athlete for Greece, where recurring injuries sparked a deep interest in movement, recovery, and injury prevention. His professional career serving in the Greek Special Forces as a First Aid Paratrooper gaining hands-on experience in trauma care and developing resilience and discipline.

A Practice Built on Experience
In 2016, he entered the world of elite sports physiotherapy, working with First Division football teams in Greece, helping athletes recover, stay injury-free, and perform at their best.
In 2018, after completing his Master of Science in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Alex moved to the UK to broaden his clinical expertise. Since then, he has worked in some of the top-rated private physiotherapy and chiropractic clinics in the country, including: Body Logic Health – Movement & Running Specialist, Six Physio – Consultant Physiotherapist & Hand Physiotherapist.
Throughout his career he has been invited to speak at physio symposiums and conferences, while also actively attending various courses to expand his expertise in physiotherapy.
Alex specialises in complex and recurring injuries, running-related issues, hand therapy, and faulty movement patterns.
His treatment approach is hands-on, movement-based, and tailored—designed not just to treat symptoms but to get to the root of the problem.

In the presence of pain our bodies will recruit different muscles and adopt movement patterns to avoid pain and discomfort, which can lead to long-term dysfunction. Our first priority is to remove pain as quickly as possible, allowing your body to return to more natural, efficient movement.
