CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your time and ours. To ensure fair access to appointments and the best possible service for all of our patients, we kindly ask you to observe the following policy:

1. Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

2. No-Shows

  • If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us in advance, the full session fee will apply.

3. Refunds

  • Pre-paid sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will be fully refunded or reallocated to a future booking.

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or for no-shows.

4. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next appointment runs on time. If we do not have another appointment we are happy to extend your appointment. 

  • The full session fee will still apply.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events happen. If you believe your circumstances warrant special consideration, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these on a case-by-case basis.

6. Clinic Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your appointment, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule at your convenience.
