Stage 2:
Prevent Recurrence
Many sports and running injuries happen because of movement dysfunction, load mis-management, or subtle biomechanical issues. Once the acute pain is under control, we’ll perform a movement screening and correct the underlying factors — so you’re not just patched up, but strong and resilient for your training, hobby or event.

Stage 1:
Heal
We’ll carry out a comprehensive assessment: exploring how you move, how your sport or running affects your body, and what compensations might be in action. We’ll identify the injury, determine the load or movement pattern causing it, and deliver a tailored treatment plan. Whether the injury is a running-overuse condition, a jump or turn-related injury, or a post-event flare up — our aim is to get you moving again with controlled progression.

Stage 3:
Enhance Performance
Beyond recovery, whether your goal is returning to the track, completing a triathlon, running for fun or staying active — we help you optimise your performance. We build strength, improve mobility, refine movement mechanics, and integrate sport-specific training so you return—and stay—strong, confident and ready for more.
